Woke this morning with water dripping from my lounge ceiling. Left a message and within the hour I received a text and organised a visit. Job all wrapped up within the next hour, excellent friendly service, would highly recommend.

We had a severe leak which had been leaking overnight.Dean came to our office within 20 minutes and made it safe. Ordered the needed parts and was back with us by 9am the following morning to complete the repair. it was done in a friendly helpful manner, very professional and more than satisfied with the service we received.

Dean is excellent and has been to my property on numerous occasions. He always turns up when he says he will and repairs everything I need him to. I have recommended him to many people and wouldn’t hesitate to use him every time I have any sort of plumbing or heating problem, from taps to water heaters, boilers everything! Great service! We had a major leak (just before Christmas) in the middle of the night. We called them in the morning and they managed to fit us in within a couple of hours! They fully fixed the leak, and also took time to check the full system and replace some old parts. Great value and fantastic service, will definitely use again.

Chris was an absolute life saver this week. We were at our wits end, with our heating system breaking 2 days before Christmas. When other plumbers didn't come through in 12 hours, I phoned Chris and he arrived within an hour. He fixed our boiler, and we are now set for a warm and cosy Christmas, rather than a coat covered one. Thank you so much Chris!

Peterborough's finest. I called h2o out at 4:15am, they arrived within the hour, a pipe behind the shower had burst/come loose due to the other plumbing company's incompetence. Fixed within the hour, very pleased. very well priced too..

re-wiring for a central heating pump...response time was under 2 hours; job done in hour; very reasonable rates; professional, respectful and friendly...whole-heartedly recommend for commissioning small or big plumbing/heating jobs...

We had an emergency at our salon, the engineer wasn’t able to get to us in time, but explained how to rectify the problem as it wasn’t a gas issue! Sound advice, would definitely recommend!!
